Child Line
It doesn't matter if you are a mandated reporter or not, if you suspect child abuse (in any form) you can report it. Reports are anonymous and you don't need proof. All that's need to report is a suspicion that abuse is occurring, and contact information for the family/people the child(ren) stay with.
